Czech Republic, TÁBOR, 2018
The Brewery Brewery, which is located on Žižka Square in the historic house of Lichvicus from the 15th century in Tábor, delivered by PACOVSKÉ STROJÍRNY in March 2018. The Beseda Restaurant is a school facility designed especially for the education and training of future gastronomy experts under the guidance of qualified teachers and experienced practitioners. The brewery is located in the cellar of the building, where the Brewery Museum is also located. The interesting thing is that the route of the Tábor catacombs will be extended, which begins under the town hall building and lined the whole square to the Beseda Restaurant. They will end up in the basement of the restaurant in the Brewery Museum. Visitors to the catacombs, or only to the museum, will be able to climb directly into the school restaurant after a tour, where they can relax with something good.
